Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct patients to examination rooms to maintain efficient flow
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked and cleaned between patients
• Collect specimens, sterilize instruments, and remove staples/sutures as directed
• Assist physicians with procedures and patient care
• Interview patients, record vitals, weight, and height in charts
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations
• Draw injections, administer treatments, and perform basic lab tests
• Enter patient data into computer systems to maintain records
• Apply/remove casts and braces and fit orthopedic DME
• Instruct patients on care for casts, dressings, and DME
• Monitor and respond to patient messages and inquiries
• Provide support on the clinical phone line for inquiries
• Perform other tasks to support clinic operations
