Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA/MA/Ortho Tech program (or equivalent).
• 1+ year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (Epic preferred).
• Positive attitude, strong organization, multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms, assist with dressing and privacy.
• Review registration details, collect forms, complete EMR intake.
• Prepare surgical orders, schedule labs, obtain test results, manage clearances.
• Manage callbacks, prescriptions, referrals, and physician queues.
• Demonstrate proper fitting and use of DME when needed.
