OrthoAtlanta, LLC is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in Atlanta, GA. You will guide patients, collect registration data, and coordinate care for orthopedic procedures in a busy clinic.

The position requires a CNA/MA/Ortho Tech program graduate or equivalent experience, with 1+ year in a medical office and EPIC EMR familiarity. Strong organization and patient confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of CNA/MA/Ortho Tech program or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with dressing/undressing.
• Review registration details and complete EMR intake documentation.
• Prepare surgical orders, schedule labs and procedures, and obtain clearances.
• Manage patient callbacks, messages, prescriptions, and referrals.
• Demonstrate proper fitting and use of DME when needed.
