• Greeting patients promptly and professionally.
• Assisting patients with registration and collecting required information.
• Preparing patients for exams with preliminary tests as needed.
• Reporting information to the provider and assisting in patient care as requested.
• Performing scribe duties as needed and reviewing treatment procedures with patients.
• Assisting in ordering tests and retrieving results.
• Collecting patient payments and scheduling follow-ups; balancing daily journal.
