Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of orthopedic, casting, splinting, or DME experience.

• Experience working with EMR systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with orthopedic patient care and advanced DME procedures.
• Manage clinic operations, inventory, and staff mentoring.
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR and coordinate follow-up.
• Onboard and train teammates; improve clinical workflow efficiency.
• Oversee DME authorizations and insurance benefit verification.
