Job summary

Center for Bone & Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our multi-location orthopedic team in Florida. The role supports patient flow, rooming, vitals capture, chart preparation, and coordination of care with physicians.

Bilingual Spanish is a must to serve our diverse patient population. As part of our campus-based services, you will contribute to high-quality patient experiences, manage EMR entries, and assist with referrals and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required to communicate with a diverse patient base.
• Experience with EMR and patient data entry is preferred.
• Ability to collect vitals and coordinate care with providers.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vitals prior to visits.
• Prepare patients for visits, including charting and imaging prep.
• Assist with prescriptions and forms as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory; manage EMR documents.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with patients and providers.
