Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Completed Medical Assisting School or certificate.
• 1 year Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel to all clinic locations in the Tampa Bay area.
• Must be able to work extended hours to cover clinics as needed.
• Must have suture/staple removal experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care and follow physician orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be organized and detail-oriented; professional under pressure.
• Maintain physicians schedule and act as liaison with hospital.
• Enter calls and billing information in Filemaker; schedule appointments and surgeries.
