Qualifications

• BSN preferred or BS in related health care field; Master's preferred.
• 2 years progressive management experience; 4+ years clinical skills.
• Current licensure in Illinois; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements & evaluates standards of nursing practice to assure quality care.
• Maintains efficient & effective departmental operations and plans staffing.
• Collaborates with care coordinators & team members to resolve issues affecting patients.
• Manages department budget and monitors expenses to meet targets.
• Provides staff development including orientation, evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions.
