Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified/eligible orthopedic hand surgeon to join our skilled team in Western Massachusetts. Fellowship training and/or 5+ years of dedicated hand surgery experience are preferred.

You will collaborate with 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 APPs in a state-of-the-art facility, contributing to a robust on-call schedule and ongoing professional development.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon to join our dynamic and skilled team. We're particularly interested in fellowship-trained candidates, or those with a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field. Whether you're an experienced orthopedic surgeon or a recent graduate, we welcome your interest.

What You'll Do

• Join a well-established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery.
• Plus, we have a non-surgical sports medicine Physiatrist on-site for holistic care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
• Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
• Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.

Job Summary The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
