Position Overview

• Start: January 2027 (experienced) or September 2027 (new graduates)
• Replace established hand surgeon with built-in case volume
• Immediate referral network access
• Employment term: 1yr employed salaried position + productivity bonus
• Mentorship + transition plan
• 3 year Partnership track for new grads: 1 year employment, 2 year associate contract
• ER Call Averages 1:5 between two local hospitals

Employment Compensation Structure

• 1st year: Base Salary: $300,000–$350,000
• Productivity Bonus: 30% of collections beyond threshold
