Job summary

Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona, a 30+ surgeon, multi-specialty orthopedics practice seeks a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand physician to join a private practice with state-of-the-art surgical facilities and onsite support including Physical Therapy, imaging, and education resources. Schedule features 3 clinic days with 2 block OR days per week, with potential for more OR time.

Base salary plus a wRVU model includes a 2-year partner track, sign-on and relocation stipends, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand subspecialty.
• Private practice experience preferred.
• Interest in microvascular work encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop a hand-focused orthopedic practice within a multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with onsite staff; schedule 3 clinic days and 2 block OR days per week.
• Mentorship for 2026/2027 fellows and involvement in research.
