Job summary

WellSpan Health seeks an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our Hanover, PA practice. The candidate must have an MD or DO degree with residency in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship in Hand/Upper Extremity, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

This is an employed position in a thriving Hand Surgery group with a robust referral network and state-of-the-art facility. Expect 2–3 OR days per week with a supportive team including an experienced PA and medical assistants.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-volume Hand Surgery practice as the current specialist retires.
• 2–3 OR days per week with potential for a flip room.
• Provide comprehensive hand/upper-extremity surgical care within WellSpan Medical Group.

WellSpan Medical Group (WMG) is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing practice in Hanover, PA. Individual must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine degree plus completion of a medical residency training program in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity. He or she must also be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses And Training

• Certification from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of an appropriate residency program. Upon Hire Required and
• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of one or more WellSpan hospitals. Upon Hire Required
