Job description

WellSpan Medical Group (WMG) is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing practice in Gettysburg/Hanover. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine degree, have completed a residency training program in Orthopedic Surgery, and fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity. Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required.

Position Highlights:

• Employed position with WMG
• General orthopedic call of 1:6
• 1-2 OR days per week
• State-of-the-art surgery center in Hanover
  • Among the largest and most technologically advanced outpatient surgery centers in the region
• Large referral base of WMG family and internal medicine physicians
• Excellent support, with each surgeon having 2 MAs
