A thriving privateorthopedic practice in Lubbock, TX is seeking a skilled and motivated GeneralOrthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team. This is a full-scope clinical rolewith a strong emphasis on total joint procedures, including hip and knee replacements.You'll be joining a collegial, well-established practice dedicated toexcellence in musculoskeletal care.

Position Overview:

  • Perform total jointsurgeries (hip and knee replacements) with a focus on delivering outstandingsurgical outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensivepatient consultations to evaluate orthopedic conditions, present treatmentoptions, and address concerns.
  • Provide pre-operative andpost-operative care, including planning, patient education, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate closely withnurses, physical therapists, and fellow surgeons to ensure high-quality,coordinated care.
  • Stay current withadvancements in orthopedic surgery through continuing education andprofessional development.
  • Maintain accurate and timelymedical documentation, including surgical reports and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
  • Board Certified or BoardEligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Eligible for or holding anactive Texas medical license
  • Experience performing totaljoint replacements (hip and knee) is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • A collaborative,patient-centered mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-basedsetting
