Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review physician orders and fit devices to patients.
• Educate patients on device use, care, and outcomes.
• Make patient calls for education and problem resolution.
• Maintain DME inventory and ordering.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Ensure payer documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Educate patients on insurance plans and financial responsibilities.
• Stay current with reimbursement changes to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, payers, and suppliers.
