We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Coordinator to join our team at the Matthews Ambulatory Surgery Center.

The ASC Orthopedic Coordinator holds administrative responsibilities and assists with direct patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operational workflows regarding the surgery schedule and physician requests
• Ensuring accurate charging and reimbursement of implants
• Managing tissue and implant inventory with proper tracking
• Collaborating with the ASC Clinical Manager and Educator for support and education
• Leading compliance efforts with regulations and accreditation standards
• Creating and maintaining vendor relationships
• Cross-training in all primary ASC areas to support day-to-day operations
• Working collaboratively with physicians and staff to promote customer service and patient satisfaction
