Job summary

Orthopaedic Solutions Management is seeking a capable medical support professional to assist physicians during patient exams and manage room readiness. You will record vital signs, process paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.

The role requires certifications such as EMT or Medical Assistant, with Florida LPN, RT(R), and Athletic Trainer credentials advantageous. Monday-Friday, on-site work with a drug-free workplace commitment.

Qualifications

• EMT certification required/desired.
• Medical Assistant certification or credential.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (FL) or eligibility.
• Radiologic Technologist RT(R) FL license or eligibility.
• Athletic Trainer certification (BOC) and FL eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient exams and paperwork for patient care.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and maintain clean, stocked rooms.
• Record vital signs and patient information in EHR as directed.
• Coordinate patient flow and appointments with staff and physicians.
• Explain prevention techniques and home exercise protocols under physician direction.
• Perform clinical histories using standard subjective/objective/assessment methods.
