You will provide clinical leadership, develop PAs and NPs, promote consistent clinical standards, support efficient patient flow, and help the team continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Current PA-C or NP licensure in Georgia.
• Significant hands-on clinical experience in orthopedics.
• Excellent musculoskeletal assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic treatment pathways and appropriate physician/surgical escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop clinicians.
• Strong written medical documentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to hold clinicians accountable to defined standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within a highly standardized and performance-oriented clinical environment.
