Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is seeking an experienced orthopaedic clinician to serve as Clinical Director of our Forest Park clinic. Qualifications

• Current PA-C or NP licensure in Georgia.
• Significant hands-on clinical experience in orthopedics.
• Excellent musculoskeletal assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic treatment pathways and appropriate physician/surgical escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop clinicians.
• Strong written medical documentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to hold clinicians accountable to defined standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within a highly standardized and performance-oriented clinical environment.

Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is seeking an experienced orthopaedic clinician to serve as Clinical Director of our Forest Park clinic.

Working closely with the physicians and surgeons assigned to the clinic, you will provide clinical leadership, develop PAs and NPs, promote consistent clinical standards, support efficient patient flow, and help the team continuously improve.
