Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is seeking an experienced orthopaedic clinician to serve as Clinical Director at our Forest Park clinic. You will lead clinical operations, mentor PAs and NPs, and partner with physicians to uphold high standards of care.

In this role you will teach, coach, and solve challenging clinical situations while helping teams deliver consistent, evidence-based orthopedic care and continuously improve patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current PA-C or NP licensure in Georgia.
• Significant hands-on clinical experience in orthopedics.
• Excellent musculoskeletal assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic treatment pathways and escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop clinicians.
• Strong written medical documentation skills.
• Ability to hold clinicians accountable to defined standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within a highly standardized and performance-oriented clinical environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership as Clinical Director.
• Develop PAs and NPs within the clinic.
• Promote consistent clinical standards across providers.
• Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
• Coach and mentor clinicians to improve performance.
• Escalate challenging cases to physicians/surgeons as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and surgeons in daily leadership processes.
