Job summary

SCA Health is looking for a Medical Coder to work Monday through Friday at our United States location. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Certified Medical Coders and other medical staff, coding office visits and procedures using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Candidates must have at least one year of Orthopedic Clinic coding experience and CPC certification. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $19.86 to $27.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Orthopedic Clinic coding experience.
• Professional license or certification requirements: CPC certification or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coding of office visits and procedures using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Assignment of modifiers to procedures.
• Work closely with physicians to ensure accurate coding.

Skills

Orthopedic Clinic coding experience

E&M Coding experience
