Job summary

Join Olympic Medical Center as an Orthopaedic Cast Technician where you will provide patient care in the Orthopaedic Clinic. Responsibilities include educating patients and applying and removing casts, braces, and splints. A high school diploma and relevant experience in orthopaedics are required.

You will work under the supervision of an orthopaedic surgeon and assist during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate has strong teamwork skills and knowledge of orthopaedic practices.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in an orthopaedic setting required.
• Clinical experience as an orthopaedic technician preferred.
• Experience assisting in operating room under physician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Orthopaedic Clinic under direction of the surgeon.
• Educate patients and adjust, apply, and remove casts and braces.
• Assist with positioning the patient during surgical procedures.
