Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year orthopedic technician experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities within the scope of practice of an Orthopedic Technician.
• Performs casting, traction and Ilizarov services under the direction and supervision of an Attending Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Demonstrates open, accurate and timely communication with patients/families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective therapeutic intervention.
