Olympic Medical Center’s Orthopaedic Clinic in Port Angeles seeks an Orthopaedic Cast Technician. You will educate patients and apply, adjust, and remove casts, braces, dressings, and splints, while assisting with positioning during procedures.

The role requires 2–4 years of orthopaedic experience, a high school diploma or GED, and MA-R/MA-C licensure with BLS; orthopaedic tech training or certification is preferred.

Formación

• Two to four years’ experience in an orthopaedic setting required.
• Graduate of a school for orthopaedic technician preferred.
• Licensure as MA-R or MA-C required; Orthopaedic Technologist Certification preferred; BLS certified.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients and apply, adjust, remove casts, braces, dressings and splints.
• Assist with positioning patients during procedures and manage orthopaedic instruments and supplies.
• Support surgical procedures under physician and PA-C direction.
