Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about orthopedic procedures and recovery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout care journeys.
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative education and appointments.
• Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and staff to optimize care.
• Support discharge planning and navigation through ASC workflows.
• Document interactions in the EHR and maintain accurate records.
