Enovis is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative in Duluth, MN. You will support patient care in an orthopedic setting, providing DME services, education, and routine field support to clinicians and patients.

The role requires 2+ years of direct patient care, relevant credentials, and the ability to travel up to 20% to visit hospitals and clinics, applying Enovis products and ensuring compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care in orthopedic or athletic training settings.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials such as athletic training licensure or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Application, education, and appropriate use/care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators and other Enovis products prescribed by HCPs.
• Provides routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Performs inventory management and participates in required audits.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Serves as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and HIPAA requirements.
