You will educate patients and clinicians on devices, manage inventory, and coordinate benefit verification with pre-authorizations where needed.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with direct patient care in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment.
• Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials preferred (e.g., Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC CFo, PTA).
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators and other Enovis products.
• Provides routine customer service to patients and clinicians and supports inventory management.
• Verifies patient benefits and coordinates pre-authorizations or upfront patient responsibility collection.
