Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified as an Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification and licensed/registered in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor clinic patients as an athletic trainer within an orthopedic focus.
• Participate in patient care under supervision of a nurse, ADV, or physician.
• Document and interpret information from medical records, physicians, and families.
• Assist in treatments including casting, splinting, bracing and education on fit and use.
• Observe patients and report changes in condition and adverse reactions.
