Job summary

Boston Bone and Joint Institute in Massachusetts seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our expanding sports medicine and regenerative orthopedics team. This full-time role offers collaboration with fellowship-trained specialists and involvement in both clinic and surgical settings.

Ideal candidates have Orthopedic exposure, MA licensure, and strong communication. The position supports professional growth, generous benefits, and a structured CME program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a PA/NP accredited program.
• Active (or eligible) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
• Orthopedic or surgical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first assistant in shoulder, knee and regenerative orthopedic procedures.
• Co-treat patients with attending surgeons and manage outpatient clinics at Dedham, Waltham, and Woburn offices.
• Participate in evaluating and managing acute musculoskeletal injuries via the BBJI Now urgent care clinic.
• Act as primary clinical contact for patients, addressing inquiries and following post-operative care plans.
