Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $135,000 annually. Responsibilities include pre/post-operative care, imaging interpretation, and procedures such as joint injections. Eligible candidates hold NP/PA credentials with orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility.
• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable.
• Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention.
• Perform procedures including joint injections, splinting, and casting.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high-quality patient outcomes.

A leading healthcare organization in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative orthopedic team.
