6 Degrees Search seeks an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in the Finger Lakes region, NY. This full-time, direct-hire role collaborates with orthopedic surgeons and staff to deliver comprehensive care in both clinic and surgical settings.

You will evaluate and manage musculoskeletal conditions, provide pre- and post-operative care, order imaging and labs, and perform joint injections, splinting, and casting while educating patients on recovery and prevention.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility.
• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable.
• Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention.

A leading healthcare organization in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative orthopedic team. Compensation:$115,000–$135,000 annually
