Orthopt in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a busy, physician-owned orthopaedic practice. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide comprehensive rehab across a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical cases.

The role offers the chance to work with a supportive team, manage complex cases, and choose between full-time or part-time schedules in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation and helping patients achieve functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide orthopaedic rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions.
• Deliver post-operative rehabilitation for shoulder, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and spine.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
