Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field preferred, High School diploma required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical position preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance processes including authorization and verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage DME Program and provide fitting and education to patients.
• Ensure highest customer service for patients and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare.
