Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or Exercise Sciences is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• Experience with DME products and insurance processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of authorization and benefits verification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management of the DME program under physician supervision.
• Fit and educate patients on DME products and assist with billing paperwork.
• Greet patients and ensure high levels of patient service and coordination with staff.
• Develop and maintain clinic operations manual for the DME program.
• Schedule DME product pickups, fittings, education, orders, and deliveries as needed.
• Coordinate with DME Supervisor for staffing and coverage.
