Mainstreetsmiles in Harford County, Maryland, invites an experienced Orthodontist to join our established dental practice on a part-time basis. The role features a consistent alternating schedule—two days one week, three days the next—approximately 10 clinical days per month, with flexible mutual scheduling.

Candidates will diagnose and treat a full range of orthodontic conditions, offer braces and clear aligners, and collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care in a modern

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Specialty certificate from an accredited residency program in Orthodontics.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a full range of orthodontic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appropriate orthodontic treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and the practice’s clinical team.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards.
