Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist
• Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Specialization: Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency.
• Licensure: Valid Dental License in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certification: American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification.
• Requirements: Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year.
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to start date.
