Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our Greenville and Spartanburg teams. The role focuses on creating a positive, kid-friendly experience while presenting treatment plans and coordinating insurance coverage and financing options.

The ideal candidate loves working with children, is dependable and detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting with a friendly team. CPR certification is required, and dental experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience preferred.
• Dental Radiology Certification a plus.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage & financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.

Requirements:
