Job summary

Rock Dental Brands in Florida is seeking a highly motivated Orthodontic Regional Operations Manager to lead a team of Practice Managers and drive daily operations to meet KPI targets while delivering the highest quality patient care.

The ROM will travel between clinics, hire and develop staff, oversee budgets, monitor KPIs with the VP of Clinical Operations, and strengthen the customer experience through training and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years business management experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with staff and doctors.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to travel 60%–70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate company objectives to practice leaders through email, video calls, phone, and email communications.
• Manage practice teams toward operational and HR standards and maintain processes.
• Supervise Team Leaders.
• Enforce KPI accountability and monitor KPIs with the VP of Clinical Operations.
• Manage clinics to operate within budget and drive customer experience.
• Conduct training on HR, compliance, and technical topics; perform regular inspections.
