Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in dental/medical clinics.

• Proficient with Google Sheets/Docs and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the practice.
• Coordinate staff assignments and clinical priorities with doctors/providers.
• Audit patient schedules and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee front-office activities and patient financial presentations.
• Create weekly team schedules and manage labor costs.
• Partner with Recruiting to identify and hire top performers.
• Develop team through coaching, performance documentation, and reviews.
