Job summary

JB Dental Lab is seeking a Dental Printing Technician to operate and maintain 3D printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production with proper calibration and routine maintenance. You will manage resin and consumables, document calibration results for the QMS, and keep the production area clean while collaborating with the 3D Printing Manager to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience operating 3D printing equipment and performing calibration.
Ability to document maintenance and calibration results for QMS.
Familiarity with handling resins and cleaning workflows.
Proficient with measuring tools for QC checks.

Responsibilities

Operate all 3D printers and associated equipment.
Perform and log basic maintenance tasks on printers (cleaning, lubricating rails, leveling, film changes).
Perform and basic calibration tasks on printers and log results for QMS tracking (leveling, shrinkage calibration).
Clean production area & equipment as needed.
Swap and replace production consumables as needed to ensure quality production.
