Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Lubbock, TX to ensure timely and accurate management of patient and insurance collections. You will handle payment plans, verify coverage, and maintain compliance with HIPAA while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and confident in managing patient accounts. Experience with Open Dental and familiarity with Orthobanc/PayConnect is preferred, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in patient financial communication or collections.
• Strong understanding of insurance follow-up, AR management, and payment plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding balances, collections, and payment plans.
• Create, modify, and maintain orthodontic payment plans in Open Dental
• Track active payment drafts and reconcile daily payments.
