The JOY FM is seeking a Financial Coordinator for an orthodontic practice in North Augusta, SC. The role focuses on patient accounts receivable, contracts, payment plans, and daily financial tasks while delivering friendly front-office support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confidential, and skilled at communicating finances clearly to patients and guardians, with strong computer and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience reconciling accounts receivable.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients and guardians.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with clinical and front-office teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Mac experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain patient accounts receivable accurately.
• Follow up on past-due accounts professionally.
• Set up and monitor patient payment plans.
• Process and record patient payments; reconcile ACH/credit cards.
• Prepare daily to end-of-day financial reports.
• Provide warm front-office support to patients.
• Coordinate with clinicians and admin staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling financial data.
