Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support both patients and the clinical team throughout the orthodontic treatment process. You’ll be equipped with training, tools, and resources to grow your skills in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include assisting the Orthodontist with procedures, educating patients on post-treatment care, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and preparing them for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist orthodontist during bonding, adjustments, and imaging.
• Support patients through the treatment journey and provide post-care guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely treatments and communication.
