Job summary

Desort is seeking a Dental Assistant in Yukon, OK to support dentists with chairside care, patient prep, radiography, infection control, and record-keeping. You will help with orthodontic procedures, prep rooms and equipment, and ensure a smooth patient flow while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Qualified candidates will have a dental assisting program or 1 year of experience, current CPR and X-ray certifications, HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Dental Assisting program or have at least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience.
• CPR and X-ray certifications required; HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during orthodontic and other dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment; set up for appointments.
• Take radiographs, digital scans, and impressions as directed.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Record patient information accurately and timely.
