Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) across multiple offices. Responsibilities include preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, assisting the dentist, and maintaining a clean, efficient operatory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with state-mandated training, valid licensing where required, and ability to travel between offices as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with mandated state training.
• Dental assisting certificate and/or state licensure as required by state.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and travel to multiple offices per day for Specialty Dental Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians and prepare patients for exams and procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Record patient charts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support PPE and ensure a positive patient experience.
