Yakima Orthodontics seeks a bilingual Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The role supports both Yakima and Ellensburg locations with travel as needed, in a full-time capacity. You will assist clinicians, take X-rays, and educate patients to ensure exceptional care.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, hold WA Dental Assistant registration, and CPR/BLS. We value reliability, teamwork, and a patient‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances as permitted by Washington State regulations.
• Take digital X-rays, photographs, and digital impressions/scans.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and orthodontic care.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by creating a welcoming and positive environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an efficient and productive schedule.
