Job summary

TDR Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician III to join our Taylor, MI team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care under the supervision of an Orthodontist, manage patient flow, and support remote monitoring initiatives.

The role requires 1 year of Orthodontic Clinician II experience, a dental assistant certification if required by state, and radiography certification. Competitive salary with strong benefits, and opportunities to grow within a expanding organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience as an Orthodontic Clinician II or equivalent preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Places and removes orthodontic appliances and takes full records under general supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Performs bonding, placing, and expert positioning of brackets.
• Reviews patient charts, logs data and transcribes doctor notes.
• Performs laboratory procedures under limited supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Manages remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage of patient scans and messages.
• Educates patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Cleans, sterilizes, and prepares equipment and operatory following standard protocols.
• Assists in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Adheres to infection-control policies and protocols.
