Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics, part of the Smile Doctors family, seeks an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our Chesapeake, VA team. You will deliver a positive clinical experience under the orthodontist’s supervision and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

You’ll assist with placing and removing appliances, review patient charts, monitor remote data, educate patients, and maintain infection-control protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience preferred.
• CPR certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.

Responsabilités

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under supervision.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Prepare operatory, sterilize equipment, and follow infection-control policies.
