Rock Dental Brands, owner of Westrock Orthodontics, is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant for our Lee's Summit and Raymore locations. You’ll work under licensed orthodontists delivering patient-centered care and supporting efficient daily workflows.

Ideal candidates have prior dental or orthodontic experience, know orthodontic terminology and appliances, and bring strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to the role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental or orthodontic assisting is required.
• Deep familiarity with orthodontic terminology, procedures, and clinical appliances.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assisting with the orthodontist during examinations and treatments.
• Place and remove wires, coil springs, bands, and retainers.
• Prepare operatories, sterilize equipment, and maintain clean environments.
• Take digital scans and assist in fabricating customized appliances/retainers.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and ensure patient comfort.
