Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics is seeking a motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our Bryant, AR and Little Rock Chenal clinics. You will support the orthodontist during exams and treatments, prep operatories, and help fabricate appliances. Strong dental assisting background and clear patient communication are essential.

You will educate patients on treatment plans, care, and hygiene while maintaining accurate notes and ensuring smooth clinical workflows. We train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or orthodontic assisting.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, procedures, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Orthodontist during exams and treatments, ensuring patient comfort.
• Prepare operatories and sterilize equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers under supervision.
• Record treatment notes and educate patients on treatment plans and care.
